Privacy Policy

FZ Reserve, a sole proprietorship operated by Will Bodian (“FZ Reserve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use fzreserve.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide and information needed to fulfill your order:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• Your phone number;
• Your shipping address;
• Order and cart details (the items, sizes, quantities, and any design notes you submit);
• Whether you opted in to marketing emails at checkout, and when.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered with and processed by Stripe; FZ Reserve does not collect or store full payment card numbers.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Resend: sending transactional email such as order confirmations.
• Neon: our database (Postgres), where order records are stored.
• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Print & fulfillment partners: the production partners who print and ship your order receive your name and shipping address solely to produce and deliver it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill and ship your orders;
• Send order confirmations and related transactional messages;
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

We aim to keep the site lightweight and use only essential cookies, for example, the cookies our hosting and payment providers set so that the site and checkout function properly and securely. We do not use our cookies to build advertising profiles of you across other websites. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it accurately.

At checkout you will see a single optional checkbox asking whether you would like to hear about future drops. It is unticked by default, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your order. If you do tick it, we record that choice and the date you made it, and we may email you about new releases from FZ Reserve and the organizations we work with. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by emailing us. Either way, we will still send the transactional email your own order requires, such as your receipt and delivery updates.

FZ Reserve does not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only with the processors listed above, as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

One exception, stated plainly: if FZ Reserve is ever acquired, merged, or has its assets bought by another business, customer information may transfer to that business as part of the transaction. Any buyer would be bound by this policy for information collected under it, unless and until you are notified of a change and given the choices the law requires.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet ordinary record-keeping and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing CEO@fzreserve.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where the law requires.

FZ Reserve is intended for college-aged students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
